Camila is the founder of Eleva Care & Recovery and leads the operations and strategy of the service. With four years of experience working in healthcare architecture, she spent much of her career inside hospitals collaborating with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams. This background shaped her understanding of safety, communication, and how to support people with dignity.
At Eleva, Camila ensures that clients, partners, and support workers are well looked after. She personally provides low risk, day to day support and works alongside carefully selected partners, including qualified nurses and experienced carers, for clients who need more specialised assistance.
Her approach is people centred: clear communication, gentle support, and a commitment to making every client feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.
